How to send Romanian email:
- Type the Subject of the message without
using Romanian characters (current technology limitation).
- Select the Romanian (ER1 or ER2) keyboard layout and type your message in
Romanian. Send email.

Notes:
- A message in Romanian needs to be encoded as UTF-8. Most web email
services and email clients perform this encoding automatically. You do
not need to set any options.
- Although not necessary, you may set your default encoding in Outlook
as follows: Tools > Options > Mail Format > International Options >
uncheck "Auto select encoding for outgoing messages" and select Unicode
(UTF-8) from the drop-down box.

How to receive Romanian email:
- No settings are required. Your mail service or client should
automatically determine the UTF-8 encoding of the incoming message and
display it correctly.
